At Platinum Care, we understand that carpet cleaning is an intrusion into your home or workplace. With many cleaning companies, you may be forced to stay off of your carpets for a day or more by scary looking technicians who can make you uncomfortable in your own home or workplace. Plus, you may not know what kind of cleaning result is being delivered. Will your carpets be clean? Are the cleaning solutions healthy and safe? Will your home be healthier after cleaning? Even worse, will your home or place of business be left intact by the scary looking technicians performing the service?

Our goal is to make your carpet cleaning experience as pleasant and painless as possible while also delivering exceptional cleaning results that leave behind beautiful carpets, dry rapidly so that you can get right back onto your carpets and resume your normal life, and leave your home both cleaner and healthier. At Platinum Care, we understand that not all carpets are the same. With a wide range of natural and synthetic fibers, varying levels of soil and traffic, many different spots and stains, and even special gloss characteristics in our clients’ homes and offices, we know that not every carpet can be cleaned the same way. After careful inspection, testing, and identification, our professionals have the expertise to select the cleaning processes and cleaning solutions to be used to deliver the best possible results.

Our 10-Stop Process

1. Pre-Inspection
Our technician will walk through your home with you to visually inspect the carpet. He will identify potential permanent stains and give you an evaluation of expected results, as well as listen to any concerns you may have.

2. Pre-vacuum
Dry soil is removed by thoroughly vacuuming the areas to be cleaned. Removing dry soil is the most important step in any cleaning process.

3. Furniture Moving
Our regular pricing includes moving sofas, chairs, tables and smaller items. Some smaller beds and other movable furniture items may be moved as well. We may move larger beds and heavy furniture that requires dis-assembly and/or a second technician at an additional charge, at your request. We do not move china closets or audio/video equipment.

4. Pre-spot
Spots, stains, and potential problem areas are pre-treated with special solutions to increase chances of removal.

5. Pre-condition
Heavily soiled areas and high traffic areas are pre-treated with special solutions to loosen and break down these soils.

6. Pre-grooming/Agitation
A professional carpet groomer or rotary brush is used to further loosen the soil.

7. Cleaning, Rinse, Extraction and/or Neutralizing
The carpet is then thoroughly cleaned with the appropriate cleaning solutions and equipment without over wetting the carpet, damaging the integrity of the carpet fibers, or leaving a sticky, dirt-attracting residue behind.

8. Post Spot
Any spots or stains still remaining will get extra treatment with our many specialty spotting solutions. * For longer carpet life and fewer permanent stains, be sure to have professional carpet protector applied to your carpet.

9. Post Groom
Your carpet is groomed with a professional groomer so that the pile of your carpet is standing tall when we leave. Post grooming helps the carpet pile dry faster and in the right position.

10. Post Cleaning Inspection
Our technician will walk through your home with you to point out the cleaning results to make sure that you are completely thrilled with the job.
